Waverats returns policy extends for 30 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE.
If you wish to make a claim within 30 days of your purchase date, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.
Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase needs to be supplied to us.
On acceptance by us of your application for a refund, we will issue an email acknowledging that we require that the item is returned to us for inspection
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund application.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after receipt of our acknowledgment email, first check your payment company. Sometimes payment providers take time to issue credit notifications.

Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

All returns are assessed individually and must be registered via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your item. If your item has been damaged during transit please see the Shipping section.

All products listed on our website are current and we make our best efforts that stock availability and pricing are true and correct.
Standard delivery times are between 3-10 business days,
If an ordered item is unavailable we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a refund.
To be clear any item not in its original condition, that is damaged for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
